Happy New Year Everyone! I hope you all had a good celebration, big or small. Ours was peaceful and fun. We had dad's most amazing turkey dinner and then playde games for hours and drank ALOT of wine :) It was great!
I decided that I wanted to begin the new year with a link-up-party at the Polo House. This month's theme was "collections"... so here are a FEW of my collections...
Old green or blue hued bottles. I have them everywhere, but my majority is in the kitchen window.
I also collect old nutbrown and skyline utensils, in... you guessed it... green or blue... It used to hang over my stove, but outgrew the area and moved to a better place.
Well I have alot more collections... like skeleton keys, old green/blue books, old suitcases, old equine postcards... but I cant show them ALL now can I :)
Enjoy January... SPRING is not that far off now... and soon I will strip my cottage for christmas... but NOT just yet... no...not yet

Such a happy cottage you have! It's fun to see your colorful bottles and the kitchen tools. Love the color! I think most of us who are collectors have multiple collections about our homes. Hope to see more of yours sometime. I'm your newest follower.
Happy New Year! ~ Sarah
Love the wine bottles, I save mine too. Your stove is wonderful, is that your primary stove for cooking? That would be a different experience for me. Will be your newest follower, please stop by any visit us, Laura - Cottage and Broome
I just read your story of purchasing Vinnard, it was delightful and sounds like it was meant to be. Loved the picture of you with your pipe! Laura

Hi Sweet Tee!
So glad you came by and linked up!
Your bottles are awesome. Love the way they catch the window light and really bring color into your gorgeous cottage!
Your stove is aMAZing. Do you cook on it or it is just for show? It is simply fantastic. Looks perfect with the utensil art beside it.
What do you have above the door?
Cannot tell from the photo, but I am sure I would love it.
:)
Happy New Year Tee!

Thanks for linking up.
I am sure those bottles are beautiful when the sun shines on them. Especially the green. I need to be taking my tree down but it is still so fresh!
The utensils by that old stove are just too cute! hugs, andrea@townandprairie
I adore your bottles - I collect vintage green glass. Love your kitchen utensils - so much fun hanging on the wall! That old stove is amazing too - so glad I found you and am following along!

Hey girl you are a woman after my own heart. I collect bottles and kithen utinsels also. Although the utinsels are the red or turquoise handled ones. Love how you displayed them on your wall. I hopped over from polohouse. I found her blog late, so I just linked up a post I had done of whites. I too collect way too much, but it is SO much fun. Love your blog and glad I found you. Jeg elsker flaskesamlingen i vinduet.. Det er så vakkert når dagslyset lyser inn gjennom de..=)
